Body measurements
The 3D scan takes thousands of images of your body in around 35 secs. Taking precise measurements of over 20 body parts. Each scan will measure the same place on your body, unlike using a tape measure, due to the mapping software.

Fitness advice
Styku will calculate how many calories you require per day and training sessions required per week to reach your goal. These will be fully explained to you by our Coach to ensure these are achievable within your time frame.
Progress Reports
You will be emailed a full PDF report which will show you all of your recorded measurements and images. The following scan will show more detail to help you to keep track. The results will show where you have made progress on individual body parts, and overall fat loss and muscle composition.
